In this role, you will assist customers both in-person and via phone, managing their special orders and ensuring our store meets high standards of stock and organization. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with product requirements in-store and by phone
• Handle special orders efficiently and accurately
• Keep the store well-stocked and visually appealing
• Perform inventory counts and monitor product availability
• Participate in training to enhance product knowledge
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in customer service roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to address and fulfill customer needs
• Physical ability to handle medium to heavy products
