• Inventory management
• Receiving and checking merchandise
• Product labeling
• Preparing and shipping orders
• Managing stock in and out
• Answering customer requests by phone and email
• Keeping the inventory and workspace organized
• Supporting the company's day‑to‑day operations

• Highly autonomous with a strong sense of initiative
• Organized, reliable and responsible
• Detail‑oriented and rigorous in executing tasks
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a solution‑driven mindset
• Excellent customer service
• Comfortable with basic computer tools
• Strong interest in hockey and hockey equipment (a major asset)
• Experience in inventory management, shipping or customer service (an asset)

• Flexible schedule
• 15 to 20 hours per week
• Pay: $20/h
