In this essential position, you will greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and help ensure high standards of customer satisfaction. Promote services through company programs such as Rock the Call and assist in daily operational tasks. Respond to customer complaints and foster a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer friendly assistance to customers in-store and on the phone
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and store transactions
• Facilitate parts exchanges and returns efficiently
• Participate in daily operations including freight receival and shelf stocking
• Drive the delivery vehicle when needed per business requirements
Requirements:
• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
• Experience in automotive sales or service preferred
• Multilingual ability, especially in Spanish, encouraged
• Customer service focus with multitasking skills
• Willingness to learn and perform in-store services
