Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily work based on company priorities
• Resolve issues swiftly to maximize customer satisfaction
• Carry out merchandising per Store Manager directions
• Manage promotional activities in line with market trends
• Recruit and schedule staff to meet labor budgets
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in personnel management
• Proven experience in retail business management
• Strong leadership, resourcefulness, and autonomy required
• Committed to fostering an inclusive work environment
