As the Director, you will drive the mission of the Canadian Adventure Charters’ Deep Sea Discovery Club, curating a prestigious roster of 500 VIP members over a 50-year journey. You will engage with global UHNW networks and strategic partners while enhancing the member experience through bespoke services.
Your role is vital in aligning luxury travel with philanthropic ventures and innovative ocean exploration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a long-haul growth strategy for the club
• Lead recruitment targeting elite circles and legacy families
• Build alliances with renowned private and luxury clubs
• Collaborate at venture capital and climate investment events
• Craft personalized onboarding and expedition experiences for members
Requirements:
• 10+ years in ultra-luxury brand development or UHNW leadership
• Proven access to UHNW ecosystems and family offices
• Successful navigation of investment syndicates and asset management
• Deep knowledge of expedition travel and philanthropic interests
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills for elite engagements
