At Kindsight, you will support Account Executives in achieving sales goals by generating targeted outbound leads. Your primary focus will be utilizing phone, email, and Linked In while employing our advanced technologies like Gong, Salesforce, and 6

Sense. You'll be critical in identifying prospect needs and aligning them with our innovative fundraising tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set standards for outbound lead generation excellence

• Generate leads using targeted prospect lists and engagement metrics

• Maintain and update CRM records effectively

• Schedule online demos and coordinate with Account Executives

• Participate in sales strategy sessions to optimize performance

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in a comparable outbound role

• Proficient in cold calling and client engagement

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly

• Familiarity with fundraising or nonprofit sectors is a plus

• Positive mindset and ability to thrive under pressure
