Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor CCTV in non-gaming areas

• Act as central radio dispatch for Resort Security

• Address employee concerns regarding difficult patrons

• Prepare incident reports as per guidelines

• Foster integrity and customer service standards

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills required

• Manual dexterity for surveillance equipment use

• Ability to sit for extended periods

• Effective radio communication skills

• Knowledge of MS Office Suite essential
