The Jordans Principle Coordinator plays a vital role in completing casework to support applications in various service areas. You will assess client information, ensure documentation is complete, and serve as a liaison between clients and government offices. Your independent and team-oriented skills are essential in providing culturally appropriate services that empower the clients’ voices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete casework to support Jordans Principle applications
• Assess and collect client information for service needs
• Ensure documentation is accurate for processing
• Liaise with provincial and federal offices effectively
• Identify gaps in services and advocate for solutions
Requirements:
• Strong case management abilities
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Experience in community outreach preferred
• Commitment to culturally appropriate service delivery
