Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for a highly hands‑on Full Stack Developer who enjoys building end‑to‑end products, collaborating across teams, and using AI tools to accelerate development and iteration.

• Drive implementation of product features and contribute to system design decisions
• Translate ambiguous problems into scalable, production‑ready solutions
• Design and build backend services, APIs, and event‑driven systems
• Write high‑quality, production‑ready code across the stack
• Collaborate effectively with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to unblock progress and align on technical direction
• Make pragmatic tradeoffs across speed, scalability, and maintainability
• Improve reliability through testing, observability, and performance optimizations
• Participate actively in code reviews, both as author and reviewer
• Use AI tools to prototype, build, and debug more efficiently
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years building and shipping production applications
• Solid fundamentals in system design and backend architecture
• Experience working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
• Bias toward shipping quickly and learning from real user feedback
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams
• Experience integrating or building AI‑powered systems or workflows is an asset
• Event‑driven systems + Redis (Streams/Pub Sub)
• Frontend:
  React + Type Script, modern stack (Vite, Tailwind, shadcn/ui), REST and Graph
  
  QL APIs
• State/data:
  Tan Stack Query; validation (Pydantic)

• Experience with RBAC / row‑level security
• Familiarity with deep event‑driven or pub/sub experience
• Experience building internal tools or platforms
• Exposure to observability and performance systems

• $100,000 - $130,000 (CAD) per year
• The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
