As part of Cresta, you will design low-latency runtimes for voice and chat AI agents. This position requires significant experience in infrastructure and distributed systems, ensuring efficient session management and fault tolerance. You will also improve developer tools, ensuring high production quality and operational ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and manage real-time AI agent infrastructure
• Solve distributed systems problems and manage sessions
• Build a serverless-style runtime for custom logic
• Enhance developer experience with CLI and testing tools
• Drive best practices for observability and incident response
Requirements:
• 5+ years in software engineering with infrastructure focus
• Proficient in Python and Go programming languages
• Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture
• Experienced with Kubernetes and cloud-native solutions
• Strong communicator and mentor with high code quality standards
