At Kindsight, you'll merge AI application and platform engineering, working on Python backend services and React/Type Script interfaces. This role requires expertise in AI agents, substantial experience with tools like Amazon Bedrock, and a proven track record in applying LLM technology to real-world software. You will craft agent-backed workflows while contributing to reusable patterns to enhance future developments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build AI agents and workflows using Python and AWS
• Implement agent logic for multi-step workflows and error handling
• Create integrations with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
• Develop structured output patterns with JSON Schema and validation
• Write automated tests for agent functionalities and backend services
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in fullstack or AI application engineering
• 1–3 years in Python backend development
• Experience with agent frameworks and AI technologies
• Strong understanding of API integration and databases
• Hands-on work with LLM services like Amazon Bedrock
