As an Application Software Engineer, you will utilize your full stack development skills to create applications that support SpaceX's ambitious missions. You’ll be responsible for developing highly reliable software, building prototypes, and collaborating with engineers to enhance existing systems. Your work directly impacts efforts ranging from Starship manufacturing to data management across the world’s largest satellite constellation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop robust software solutions across SpaceX
• Create new applications to enhance operational efficiency
• Build prototypes to validate design concepts
• Own aspects of software engineering and product development
• Collaborate on architecture and code reviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of full stack development experience
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Java
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD concepts
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
