We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Short-Term Desk Technology team s role requires a deep understanding of Java development and cloud-native practices, along with a collaborative spirit to work with front office teams. You'll contribute significantly to platform modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain scalable microservices using Java 21
• Enhance existing components with maintainable code
• Lead the application of CI/CD practices
• Build cloud ready services for AWS deployment
• Implement observability improvements through logging and metrics
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in Java back-end development (Java 17+ preferred)
• Experience with event-driven architecture and REST APIs
• Basic knowledge of AWS and cloud solutions
• Enthusiasm for AI-driven automation ideas
• Excellent communication skills for teamwork
