Job Summary:

As a Full-Stack QA Tester at Panda Hub, you will be responsible for owning, testing and maintaining our applications’ QA process, comprised of a combination of UX/UI design and frontend technologies that tie into our sophisticated back-end. You will work closely with our leadership and development teams to test new apps, new functionality, and improve existing QA processes. You will also be responsible for writing test cases and building a test automation framework (TAF) using modern technologies that integrate into our backend services.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to grow and expand your breadth of expertise as the company scales.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our product and design teams to test new features and improve existing ones.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards are maintained.
• Write unit tests to ensure high-quality code.
• Assist with optimizing application performance and improving user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software QA.
• Leverage core competencies to fulfill the following:

• Test serverless code using Node.js to integrate with our backend services.
• Optimize application performance and improve user experience using stringent QA gates.
• Design and architect software QA solutions by working closely with internal/external customers on deriving quality requirements.
• Package and support the deployment of releases.
• Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
• Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and on budget.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of QA concepts and hands‑on execution in an Agile environment (well‑versed in Jira and Confluence).
• Scrum Master experience would be an asset.
• Proven experience as a Full-Stack QA Tester with web application testing experience.
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong understanding and experience in developing and executing automated tests.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work as part of a close‑knit team in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to effectively communicate issues and improvements to the design team.
• Experienced & proficient in automated testing frameworks & tools such as Playwright, Cypress, JMeter, wrk, JUnit, TestNG, Mockito, Locust, and K6.
• Experience with multiple public cloud technologies, e.g., AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Experience building automation scripts from the ground up.
• Knowledge of lower‑code/no‑code testing tools such as Katalon, Test Complete, or Test Sigma.
• Experience with risk and compliance considerations in QA/QC processes.
• Familiarity with acceptance testing.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Robot or Gauge.
