Join TELUS Digital as a remote Service Now Developer, where your skills will impact digital transformations across Canada. This role focuses on developing innovative solutions using ITSM, CSM, and ITOM frameworks.
As a Service Now Developer, you'll play a crucial role in the design and implementation of efficient solutions on the Service Now platform. Your experience with Managed Service Providers and TMF APIs will be vital in creating seamless integrations and high-quality automated testing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize applications, modules, and workflows on Service Now
• Integrate services via TMF APIs and Integration Hub
• Create and manage Service Catalogs and Portals
• Ensure data flows seamlessly between Service Now and third-party systems
• Automate testing using ATF for high-quality deliverables
Requirements:
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Certified Technical Architect (CAT) certification
• CIS certification and Service Now Certified System Administrator
• Extensive knowledge of IT Service Management processes
• Proficiency in development tools including Angular JS and AJAX
