Shape user engagement as a Software Engineer on the Virality & Activation team , focusing on growth features and user experience. Contribute to backend systems that drive product activation.
This role allows you to explore the integration of engineering and product strategies. You will build features like onboarding and share invites while ensuring systems are well-instrumented for analysis. Collaborate across functions to iterate on user-driven designs and promote effective feature outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop backend systems for core activation features
• Collaborate with data partners on funnel analytics
• Conduct A/B testing and interpret results collaboratively
• Write well-tested, maintainable code for the team
• Identify and resolve systemic issues proactively
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2–4 years of experience in backend engineering
• Expertise in Python and Django framework
• Knowledge of relational and No

• Familiarity with cloud services, primarily AWS
