Key Responsibilities:
• Set the technical vision for caching infrastructure
• Build and scale a managed Redis fleet
• Develop reliable client libraries for caching
• Ensure cache invalidation keeps data consistent
• Partner with teams to optimize access patterns
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in distributed system engineering
• Strong knowledge of caching strategies and their challenges
• Familiarity with Redis or similar in-memory tools
• Proficient in Go, Rust, or similar languages
• Leadership in executing large-scale projects
