Responsible for leading the technology strategy at Groupe Nordik, you will oversee application development across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences. Reporting directly to the VP IT, you will work with diverse teams to translate complex business needs into effective solutions.
Your role includes managing external partnerships and implementing AI technologies to improve workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop application strategies aligning with business goals
• Direct managers in product ownership and operations
• Facilitate user training and acceptance testing phases
• Handle the lifecycle management of enterprise software
• Introduce AI capabilities to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
• Leadership experience in software and application development
• Proven results in modernization and integration projects
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Familiarity with transactional systems in hospitality
