We are currently seeking motivated Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Gatineau, Quebec from Tuesday to Saturday starting afrom 8:45 am to 5:00 pm. You will play a vital role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, enjoy hands-on work and providing exceptional customer service.
What you’re responsible for:
Safely transporting customers' vehicles from point of pick up to the branchMaintain accurate records of towing assignments, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special instructionsConduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operationPerforming labouring tasks that may including depollution, tire dismounting, etcCommunicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activitiesProviding our customers with excellent customer service!Qualifications
To join our team:
Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstractKnowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety proceduresAbility to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditionsStrong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanorExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
