We need a proactive and organized dispatcher to manage our tanker logistics effectively. This role involves efficiently scheduling drivers, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring all activities comply with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule and dispatch drivers for customer requirements
• Act as the main contact for both customers and drivers
• Guarantee compliance with Transportation of Dangerous Goods regulations
• Optimize routes using extensive geographical knowledge
• Maintain accurate load paperwork and records
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of dispatch experience, tanker preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Western Canadian and US geography
• Ability to manage high-volume tasks effectively
