Play a key role in Hexo's warehouse operations as a Senior Associate, focusing on GMP standards in a regulated environment. Ensure the seamless handling of materials and products.

Hexo is in search of a Senior Warehouse Associate to support our operations team with meticulous attention to detail. This role entails managing the complete lifecycle of materials—from receipt to shipment—while adhering to strict EU Good Manufacturing Practices. Your expertise will help in ensuring compliance, inventory accuracy, and maintaining an inspection-ready warehouse space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and confirm materials against documentation

• Organize materials in compliance with GMP guidelines

• Stage and issue materials for production effectively

• Ensure products are correctly labeled and controlled

• Document all warehouse activities in real-time

Requirements:

• Preferred diploma in supply chain, logistics, or related fields

• 2-3 years of warehousing experience in regulated industries

• In-depth knowledge of GMP and quality assurance practices

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Capable of handling materials up to 25 lbs
