CMI General Labour: Recycling Team Member

CMI is seeking a proactive General Labourer to join our Operations team, dedicated to processing recycled metals. You will be responsible for customer interactions upon arrival, assisting with material receiving, and engaging in sorting operations. This position is crucial for advancing our mission to reduce waste and promote sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the yard

• Advise on types and grades of materials received

• Sort through recycled materials manually

• Maintain a clean and efficient workspace

• Support general housekeeping tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Prior industrial experience is a plus

• Customer service background beneficial

• Comfortable working outdoors

• Motivation to learn new processes

• Forklift experience is an advantage
