Groundworker DBS

Position: Groundworker with DBS
We are currently seeking experienced Ground workers to join our team for an immediate start on a project in Gatwick Airport. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in groundworks, with a focus on drainage, pipe laying, and external works. A valid DBS check is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

* Shallow Drainage:
Efficiently execute shallow drainage work, ensuring compliance with project specifications.

* Plastic Pipe Laying:
Lay plastic pipes accurately, ensuring they meet all required standards.

* Externals:
Carry out external works including slab laying, kerb laying, and edging to high-quality standards.

* General Groundworks:
Perform various other groundwork tasks as needed on-site, contributing to the overall success of the project.

Key Skills and

Qualifications:

* NVQ in Groundworks:
Desirable but not essential.

* Valid CSCS Card:
Required.

* Proof of Right to Work in the UK:
Essential.

* Knowledge of Materials and Methods:
Familiarity with construction materials and methods used in groundworks.

* Team Player:
Able to operate in a flexible and adaptable manner and work effectively as part of a team.

* Willingness to Learn:
Open to attending training programmes to increase individual skills and knowledge.

* Valid DBS Check: A current and valid DBS check is required to ensure eligibility to work in environments requiring a high level of trust and confidentiality.
