** What You'll Do
** As a Retail Banker, you will:
* Deliver exceptional customer service with every customer interaction
* Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions
* Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to connect customers with additional banking products and services
* Assist customers with online and mobile banking support, including password resets and account access issues
* Operate with a high level of accuracy while handling cash and financial transactions
* Complete daily item processing using scanning equipment
* Support branch operations and assist other branch locations as needed, which may require occasional travel## Qualifications###
* Previous cash handling experience
* Customer service experience, preferably in banking, retail or a service-focused environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive attitude and desire to help others
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
