Anna Zorggroep zoekt een Verpleegkundige CHR/ELV voor 24 uur per week, werkzaam op de revalidatieafdeling in Geldrop en de ELV-afdeling in het Anna Ziekenhuis. Je levert deskundige verpleging, bewaakt de gezondheidstoestand en ondersteunt herstel en zelfstandigheid van cliënten.
Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit diverse disciplines en hebt oog voor de mens achter de zorgvraag. De arbeidsvoorwaarden omvatten een meerkeuzesysteem en doorgroeimogelijkheden.
