BMC Uitvoering zoekt een Senior Medewerker Toegang Sociaal Domein voor Gemeente Geldrop-Mierlo. Je bent de eerste schakel en triagist die inwoners helpt en vragen verheldert. Je werkt 32 uur per week en bent vanaf de start beschikbaar voor een korte inwerkperiode op locatie in Geldrop.
Je brengt ruime ervaring in sociaal domein mee (Wmo/Jeugd/Inkomen) en bewaakt de regie in complexe gesprekken, zonder langdurige caseload, terwijl je direct samenwerkt met interne en externe partners.
