Hekkert Autogroep zoekt een Medewerker Aftersales die hét telefonische visitekaartje wordt voor de afdeling en samen met de serviceadviseurs zorgt voor een optimale klantbeleving en een gestroomlijnde planning.
De functie kan fulltime of parttime (24 uur per week) uitgevoerd worden; bij fulltime op vestigingen Geleen en Roermond, bij parttime twee medewerkers op een vaste locatie Geleen of Roermond. Je werkt gestructureerd en proactief aan klantwerving en procesverbeteringen.
