Medtronic in the Netherlands seeks an R&D Engineer to design and optimize manufacturing processes for advanced medical devices. You will apply Lean Six Sigma methods and work with laser cutting, welding, assembly, and optical measurement systems to improve manufacturability and cost efficiency.
You will collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams, validate processes, and contribute from concept through market launch, owning results and delivering robust solutions.
