TheMSATScientistis in charge of executing process assessment and validation activities injoint collaboration with the clientwithhighlevel ofindependency.
Provides technical know-howon GMP and aseptic manufacturing to process development team. Providesguidanceto thejunior member of the team.

The full-time annual base pay for this position in The Netherlands is expected to range between 55,500,- EUR MIN and 77,700,- EUR MAX.Initialsalary placement within this range will bedeterminedbased on role‑related factors such as experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.
What you will do:- Drivescompletion of process assessment and validation activities as per agreed timeline in close collaboration with internal and external parties
- Executesproper assessment on allprocessrelated areas including but not limited to the process, APS,facility,equipment and materials fromGMPpoint of view,identifying the risks and suggestingappropriate mitigation strategies.
- Drivesprocess performance data trending duringproduct lifecycle, assessing the process performance and provides suggestions for process improvementfollowing Lonza new product introduction (NPI) principles.
- Activelyparticipatesin troubleshooting and serves asinvestigationlead for process impacting deviations and investigations.
- Provides technical guidance onchangecontrols and how they mightimpactcustomer processes.
- Provides supervision and technical guidance to the juniormembers of the team
- The position requiresextensiveknowledgein the field ofprocess validation,cell and gene therapy and applicable technologies, GMP and aseptic manufacturing, risk mitigation
- The position requiressolid experience ininteractingandcollaboratingwith the client sand internal parties,includingprofessional communication and transparency
- The position involvesin training of junior members of team on their daily tasks
- This function requires solid knowledge and adherence to ATMP specific regulations
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with various stakeholders
