Lyondell Basell Geleen zoekt een HSE Officer om de veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieucultuur verder te ontwikkelen. Je fungeert als onafhankelijk adviseur en ondersteunt bij risico's, regelgeving en continue verbetering van HSE-prestaties. Actief betrokken bij de Goal Zero-cultuur en de lokale HSE-meetings.
Je geeft trainingen, ontwikkelt noodplannen en coacht medewerkers op veiligheidspraktijken. Ervaring met RI&E, TRA, MOC en PBM's is vereist, evenals kennis van Nederlandse vergunningstelsels
