Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and networks. This role requires hands‑on experience, strong problem‑solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
  • Perform routine maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist customers with technical support via phone, email, or in‑person.
  • Set up and configure new computers, servers, and network devices.
  • Recover data and perform system backups as needed.
  • Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest technology trends and cybersecurity best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience as a Computer Technician, IT Support Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls).
  • Experience with hardware diagnostics, repair, and upgrades.
  • Ability to install and configure software, including security tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair mobile devices.
