• Have freight brokerage experience and understand how to run your own desk
• Are motivated by money and want to maximize your take‑home pay
• Prefer working independently and autonomously
• Do not want internal competition, territories, or interference
• Have an existing book of business or strong shipper relationships (active or dormant)
• Want back‑office and operational support only — not coaching, micromanagement, or politics
• Are hungry, disciplined, and accountable for your own results
