Maintenance & Reliability Manager

Overview

Geneva, Illinois – a fully integrated plant manufacturing batteries for automotive and marine industries. Your mission is to ensure production and facility equipment perform at required levels and cost targets while supporting business goals.

• Maintain operations of plant equipment to deliver planned production levels with required product quality while meeting maintenance cost targets.
• Perform equipment repairs, coordinating with outside resources as needed.
• Monitor repair progress and manage job indicators, initiating corrective actions as required.
• Comply with all lock‑out, tag‑out, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with production management to establish repair priorities and schedules.
• Track and manage spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment inventories, reordering as necessary in coordination with the maintenance planner.
• Track, evaluate, and drive improvement of department KPIs including MTTR, MTBF, OEE, and post‑PM performance; support TPM initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; technical education and experience considered.
• 3+ years as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting.

• PLC, HMI, and Engineering & Instrumentation experience.
• Experience with OSHA 14000, 18000 and TS audit standards.
• Proficiency with CMMS solutions such as Maximo 7.6, SAP Maintenance, and Prisma.

Expected salary range: $120,000 – $155,000. Pay determined based on relevant experience and qualifications.
