Job Summary:

We have various general labor openings across our facilities. Previous manufacturing experience isn’t required! We value a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a team. Responsibilities may include mixing products, weighing/scaling material, packaging, or supplying lines. Reliability and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are essential. GMP requirements may vary by location (e.g., no artificial nails, eyelash extensions, nail polish, jewelry, etc.,

while producing food products).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Inspect products for quality and foreign material contamination
• Supply production lines as needed
• Ensure correct placement of products on line, in containers, boxes, or pallets
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of GMPs or willingness to learn
• Sufficient math skills
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
• English reading and writing skills preferred

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum age 18

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and temperature variations
• Team-oriented environment requiring respectful communication
• Overtime and shift work as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and work with hands for entire shift
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Environmental conditions may be cold or warm depending on location

Starting Pay:
General Labor Level I $16.50/hr pay varies based on location, experience, skills, and education. Full-time benefits include health, dental, 401k, and wellness programs starting after 90 days.
