Shifts: Full-Time Nights | Full-Time Evenings | 8-Hour Shifts
Schedule: 40 hours/week, 5 days

• Hourly Rate: $41.00 ($15.50 taxable | $25.50 non-taxable)
• Overtime Rate: $53.30
• Weekly Gross: $1,640.00 ($620 taxable | $1,020 stipend)

We are seeking a Travel LPN/LVN to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Geneva, NY. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or physician.

• Administer medications and treatments per resident care plans as an LPN
• Monitor residents' health status and report changes as a Travel LPN
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as an LPN/LVN
• Document care accurately in compliance with facility policies as a Travel LPN
• Communicate effectively with families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Promote a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all residents as an LPN

• Valid NY State LPN/LVN license
• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience , including 1 year in LTC
• Prior Travel LPN/LVN experience required
• AHA BLS certification required
