Lawn Care Technician

We are currently hiring for our Lawn Care Apprentice position. This role is designed to train, coach, and develop our employees with the intent of advancement and better opportunities. You will work your way through different roles to gain a complete understanding of how our company operates and grows. Our goal is to provide career‑mindful individuals the tools and skills necessary to join our management team within 2‑3 years.

• Responsible for generating leads by offering free, no‑obligation lawn‑care quotes to homeowners.
• Door‑to‑door community outreach – no selling is required.
• Monday‑Friday, 10:00 am – 6:30 pm.
• $18 – 25 per hour after training, $18 per hour for training.

• Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect applications for our residential customers.
• Quote potential customers in the field for lawn‑care services.
• Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 3 pm (varies throughout the season).
• Performance‑based pay.

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
