Base Pay Range: $15.00/hr - $15.50/hr
What You’ll DoAs a Barista at Sodexo, you create hand‑crafted, quality beverages and food. Your daily work includes operating cash registers, maintaining clean work areas, and providing friendly service to help people smile and make a positive impact.
Responsibilities- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks, etc.
- Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register.
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas.
- Attend work and be on time for scheduled shifts with satisfactory regularity.
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements.
- Team‑oriented, adaptable, reliable, and a supporter of a healthy and safe working environment for all.
- No previous work experience required but preferred.
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations.
