As a Bartender you are the mixologist. The Bartender creates and serves alcoholic or soft drink beverages behind the bar and in the dining area, crafting sippable delights for members and guests.

• Fill drink orders for guests, answer questions about drink ingredients and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails
• Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
• Responsible for the proper operation of all bar equipment
• Maintain beverage quality and service standards contributing to positive guest experience
• Monitor the alcohol intake of guests and ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21

• 1-2 years bartending experience
