The Sales Associate drives sales and provides exceptional customer service, engaging customers and exhibiting an elevated level of product knowledge and expertise.

• Drive store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engage with customers, read cues and respond effectively.
• Provide customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Convert returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Deliver a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Reinforce customer buying decisions at checkout and encourage purchase of additional items.
• Recover cash wrap selling zone and “go‑backs.”
• Process merchandise to be floor ready and maintain backroom and under shelf to brand standards.
• Replenish merchandise to brand standards to ensure product is placed on the sales floor.
• Assist with other projects as needed including markdowns, re‑tickets, and markdown out‑of‑stock.
• Execute floorset proficiently.
• Understand and adhere to brand standards.
• Assist with maintenance of backroom and under shelf.
• Support store strategy to reduce shrink.
• Execute typical associate responsibilities such as driving sales results, maintaining focus on bras, preparing for each shift, recovering and replenishing merchandise, adhering to visual merchandising standards, assisting in housekeeping and reporting maintenance issues, building awareness and skills in loss prevention, and providing a safe working environment.

Minimum Salary: $16.00 per hour.
Maximum Salary: $19.25 per hour.
