Sales Representative – GHA Technologies, Inc.

GHA Technologies, Inc. is a leading employee‑owned value‑added reseller specializing in AI and green data‑center technologies. We are hiring experienced sales professionals nationwide.

Job Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new commercial accounts (250+ employees) and driving revenue growth through direct sales of our portfolio of AI and IT solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prospect new commercial accounts across the U.S.
  • Conduct virtual and in‑person sales meetings and presentations.
  • Meet minimum call and qualified on‑site appointment targets.
  • Close sales and achieve quota targets to earn commission and bonuses.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast updates.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of direct technology sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling IT, AI, or cloud solutions preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client visits.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary with high commission potential.
  • $10,000 monthly fast‑start bonus for the first 12 months (requires one new commercial account).
  • $120,000 first‑year earnings potential.
  • Training day pay: $2,500 for the first five days.
  • $500 bonus per virtual appointment (no limit).
  • Up to $1,500 weekly bonus for meeting minimum call and one qualified onsite appointment.
  • Project profit‑margin bonuses: 200% of profit margin for first 90 days, then 40‑59% thereafter.
  • Optional new client credits up to $10,000 and donation credits up to $5,000.
  • Health, dental, HSA, 401(k), and GHA stock ownership (ESOP) plan.
