Continuous Visual Monitoring Technician – Delnor Resource Team Full Time Nights.
Location:
Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital.
Salary Range: $16.60 – $20.75 per hour. Placement is based on experience and internal equity; union positions follow the collective bargaining agreement.
Schedule:
Five 8‑hour shifts per week from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and rotating holidays required.

- Provide continuous safety observation via video monitoring of patients at risk of injuring themselves or others, offering basic comfort measures and emotional support within scope of the role.
- Monitor multiple patients via continuous video; provide verbal redirection of risk behaviors and summon appropriate staff using communication devices or STAT Alert Alarms when necessary.
