Pour le compte d'un établissement immobilier à Genève, je recherche :
Tâches- Etablissement des décomptes chauffage, répartition et décomptes individuels
- Gestion comptable et énergétique des chaufferies
- Règlement des factures fournisseurs
- Contacts avec les locataires, fournisseurs et propriétaires
- Régularisation des soldes
- Adaptation des conventions de chauffage
- Diverses tâches comptables
- CFC de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent
- Expérience au sein d’un poste similaire souhaitée
- Bonne maîtrise de la langue française (oral et écrit)
- Personne rigoureuse, autonome et organisée
- Bonne gestion des priorités
- EXPERIENCE EN REGIE SUR LA ROMANDIE OBLIGATOIRE
