Position: Office Coordinator - Trading company - Try and Hire
Location: Genf

About the role

Our client, an international trading company based in Geneva, is looking for an office coordinator. From day one, you will take on concrete responsibilities that will have a real impact on the smooth running of the office. If you are motivated, available, and have excellent interpersonal skills, there are great opportunities to grow within the company.

Work tasks
  • Manage email, mail, and documentation flow for the office.
  • Provide physical and phone reception for visitors and external contacts.
  • Support employees in their daily tasks.
  • Organise / Manage travel bookings, etc.
We are looking for
  • Have completed training as a commercial employee with a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) or equivalent
  • (Recent graduates with internship experience are welcome)
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite
  • You master French and English (C1 minimum)
  • Good knowledge of Geneva's administrative procedures
  • Must reside in Switzerland

  • Strong communication skills and a curious mindset
