As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate Business Developer to join our dynamic team.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks of the company and providing essential support, including preparatory work for the accounting department. This role requires strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling general administrative duties (correspondence, filing, data management)
  • Managing emails, phone calls, and appointments
  • Preparing and organising documents for the accounting department (invoices, expense tracking, supporting documents)
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Supporting internal processes and day-to-day office operations
  • Liaising with external partners and service providers when required
  • Assisting management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) – mandatory
  • German is a strong advantage
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Good knowledge of standard office software (EXCEL MS Office / Google Workspace)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
