Position: Portfolio Management Assistant (80 to 100%)
Location: Genf

As a Portfolio Management Assistant, you will provide essential support to the Portfolio Management team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination. This temporary role based in Geneva requires excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks.

Missions
  • Provide administrative support to the Portfolio Management team, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
  • Coordinate and monitor project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating portfolio records and relevant databases.
  • Prepare and distribute reports and presentations as required by the team.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Support the team in organizing events or workshops, including logistical arrangements.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement solutions.
Profil du candidat
  • A strong educational background, preferably in business administration or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an asset.
  • Proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive mindset and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks.
