Vos missions
- Gestion des résiliations et attributions des logements;
- Organisation des rocades et échanges dans les immeubles;
- Préparation des annonces de location et diffusion aux membres, gestion des inscriptions et visites;
- Préparation des dossiers des futurs locataires, suivi auprès de l’OCLPF
- Soutien à la gestion des logements étudiants
- Garantir l’appui administratif à la gestion des immeubles en PPE (convocations au AG, prise de PV, correspondance avec les copropriétaires notamment)
