As the right hand to the IPT Head, you will deliver seamless executive support, drive administrative excellence, and ensure smooth departmental operations with precision, discretion, and impact.

• Manage complex agendas, including calendars, meetings, official travel, and communications (calls and emails).
• Act as a trusted point of contact, handling interactions with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and tact.
• Draft and review official correspondence, reports, minutes, procedures, and presentations.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, ensuring full compliance with CERN rules and procedures.
• Organise and coordinate meetings and events, and key administrative processes.
• Supervise and mentor an administrative assistant within the IPT Head Office.
• As Departmental Administrative Officer (DAO), welcome and support a diverse population (staff, graduates, students, visitors, etc.) upon their arrival at CERN.
• Provide guidance on organisational rules and ensuring their correct application.
• Support administrative processes related to budgets, projects, and personnel movements (arrivals and departures).
