Location: Genf
Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons une Assistante Administrative Japonaise pour rejoindre notre société spécialisée dans la mobilité internationale et l'accompagnement des expatriés.
Vos missions- Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers clients.
- Accompagner les expatriés japonais dans leurs démarches d'installation en Suisse.
- Gérer les échanges en japonais, anglais francais et ou allemand
- Organiser les rendez-vous et coordonner les différentes prestations de mobilité.
- Préparer et mettre à jour les documents administratifs.
- Assurer le suivi des demandes clients et partenaires.
- Langue maternelle japonaise ou excellent niveau de japonais.
- Bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
- Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et administratives.
- Sens du service client et aptitude à travailler dans un environnement international.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants (Microsoft Office).
- Un poste à temps partiel entre 60 % et 80 %.
- Un environnement de travail international et dynamique.
- Une activité variée au contact d'une clientèle expatriée.
- Une équipe conviviale et multiculturelle.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Japanese Administrative Assistant to join our company specializing in international mobility and expatria te support services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support and manage client files.
- Assist Japanese expatria tes with their relocation and settlement processes in Switzerland.
- Handle communication in Japanese, English, German and or French
- Coordinate appointments and mobility-related services.
- Prepare, update, and maintain administrative documents.
- Follow up on client requests and liaise with partners and service providers.
- Native Japanese speaker or fluent in Japanese.
- Good command of English and French.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and common office software.
- Experience in relocation, real estate, or expatria te services is an advantage.
- A part-time position (60%–80%).
- A dynamic and international working environ ment.
