Executive Assistant – Geneva
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our European Legal & Compliance leadership team.
Role OverviewAs a critical safety net for the leadership team, you will coordinate complex calendars, prepare documents for meetings, manage travel arrangements, and contribute to ad‑hoc projects. You will also create backup plans and alternative options for unforeseen circumstances.
Responsibilities- Support more than one leader simultaneously, ensuring visibility and effective communication of priorities.
- Create backup plans and alternative options when unforeseen circumstances arise.
- Coordinate complicated calendars, prepare meeting documents, and make travel arrangements.
- Contribute to ad‑hoc projects as needed.
- Maintain composure, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Sense of urgency, consistent and dependable.
- Patience and ability to adapt style according to manager’s needs.
- Collaborative, considerate, and thoughtful approach to everything.
- Expertise in booking travel with Concur and managing complex travel arrangements.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook.
