Technicien Numérisation aec l'outil Kofax
Technicien Numérisation Kofax
Responsabilités- Préparer les documents physiques (tri, classement, dépollution)
- Scanner et numériser des volumes importants de documents
- Contrôler la qualité des fichiers numérisés (lisibilité, complétude)
- IParticiper à l'amélioration continue des processus de digitalisation
- Expérience dans la numérisation, l'archivage ou la gestion documentaire
- Bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques et scanners professionnels
- Une expérience avec un outil GED est un plus (Documentum, SharePoint, etc.)
- Rigueur, précision et sens de l'organisation
- Capacité à gérer des volumes importants et tâches répétitives
- Bonne résistance au stress et respect des délais
